Yellow

It finally feels like summer! Driving through fenland this evening I was surrounded by these yellow fields of rapeseed.

Had a lovely afternoon at the local nature reserve with my class, perfect weather and they just loved to be out exploring; butterflies, birds, ducklings and goslings, coots, fish and the community orchard.

Went to my friend Sarah's for a bit after school for a catch up and some baby cuddles and then out for a meal with Andrew to celebrate a promotion for him at work. The yellow is significant as he will be taking over as Head of House at school, and his house is represented by the colour yellow :-)
