Jam and Cream Scones

Today’s picture is of my daughter after she had been to the dentist. She did not look like this before visiting the dentist. She had not been for many years and was surprised at how good our dentist was compared to her old one. She did ask me to go with her; she said afterwards that it was just because she did not know where she was going!
 
After lunch I had a meeting with another u3a committee member and I know have a much better idea of what my role entails.
 
The temperature at noon today was nineteen degrees Celsius.
