William Campling

I took my husband to the Podiatrist first thing.
 
Then in the late morning I went to Saffron Walden to meet some Open University Graduates. We had lunch in a Wetherspoons, it was curry club day and the one I had was excellent. Then we walked around Saffron Walden following the Saffron Trail. We got lost in the maze and never did find the middle, but managed to escape without too much trouble.
 
Today’s picture was taken during the walk and shows a plaque dedicated to William Campling who was shot nearby.
