Stonehaven

We visited Stonehaven this morning. The car park was almost full so many others must have made the same decision. A sizeable proportion of those visiting had brought their dogs with them. Some dogs were encouraged to take a swim. The sea was very calm, but the water must have felt very cold. This did not seem to discourage the dogs however.

Cosmo has just had a fur trim, so she would not have been partaking in the fun. She prefers a run on the sand to getting wet.

It was warm in the sun, so we did sit on a bench at the harbour to watch the activity. It was cool when the sun went behind a cloud. There was a very cold northerly wind as well which made itself felt from time to time.
