Mosset

Mosset is listed as one of the 'plus beaux villages de France' and a climb up its steep streets reveals the ruins of the castle. Splendid views both without and within! At least there is still life inside its walls.

The weather was very pleasant this morning and with the ground still damp from the rain, a bit of weed pulling from parts of the house exposed to the street proved easy. The discovery that parts have been used as a convenience by the local stray dogs made the job more unpleasant than it should have been. I feel another call to the Mairie coming on...
