Rain

The fiery dawn (see extra) was a threat of the rain to come.  A friend and I walked from Baker Street tube station, across Regent's Park and then along the Regent's Canal through London Zoo, past Camden Market to King's Cross. The rain was increasingly torrential until it suddenly stopped as we reached the pub where we had planned to have lunch.  This is the old lock-keeper's cottage 1898 on the side of the Regent's Canal just as you are arriving at all the swanky developments at King's Cross.
