A Day In The Life

Jeepers Creepers

I’ve been meaning to blip this Virginia Creeper for awhile. A patch of it grows along our property’s edge and it turns a beautiful red each September. It’s a lovely weed in the midafternoon sun • We continue to wind down the outdoors as we prepare for a possible first frost Friday morning. Many items have been stored away in the shed, hoses disconnected, watering cans drained, flower and veggie pots cleaned out, annuals removed. We did leave a few flowers out for the bees to enjoy - zinnias, mums, and nasturtiums, plus three lavender plants are still flowering • We’ve been monitoring Hurricane Ian throughout the day and worry for those in Florida • Be Well and Stay Safe.
