One of those days

Today really was one of those days. Being in a lot of pain now is part of me.

When I got up this morning seen  post on Twitter about a local man that has gone missing, I commented on post, then found same post on FB from Police Scotland. I commented on post, then pretty much all day I was with the Police till I went to work. 
As I seen the missing person on Monday while walking my girls. I hope he is found safe and well.
