Shocking beyond words

I couldn't believe when I seen this on the news earlier, it's absolutely shocking beyond words how somebody could do such a thing. It was an absolutely beautiful tree with the most beautiful view.

Is there nothing sacred in this world anymore. Why cut this down?? It didn't do any harm, wasn't hurting anyone. I am so annoyed and angry like a lot of people at the moment. Beggars belief, what is this world coming to???.
