Pre-dawn

Early light, taken around the same time as Tweedy's post, though I wasn't out walking the dog, just on the balcony.  

Completion happened on the new flat; there's going to be some 'sort it in post' for variations to the Deed of Conditions. We got keys (lots of keys and fobs) in the atternoon, and an extensive briefing on details - for example, modern windows are non trivial, new made old looking double glazed sash windows are heavy and they are stiff. 

Out and back by tram. Missed the rain in the afternoon by being indoors.
