Pinboard #13 (Thursday 29th September 2022)

As I walked up the stairs looking at the pinboards hanging there, I decided that Siouxsie and the Banshees had been there too long and it was time for a change. I think it had been there since May 2020. My collection of empty picture singles sleeves has become somewhat out of order since I last looked (a year ago?) and I didn't want to re-use any sleeves from before, but I think these are new to the pinboards. Half of them feature Kate Bush and half are of The Cure.

Lozarhythm Of The Day:
Kate Bush - The Dreaming (recorded September 1980 - May 1982, Abbey Rd and other London Studios)
Kate Bush (vocals, piano, synth) with Paddy Bush (bullroarer, vocal), Rolf Harris (didgeridoo), Stuart Elliott (drums), Percy Edwards (sheep noises), Gosfield Goers (crowd effects)
There are some 20 Kate Bush entries in the Lozarhythm Of The Day database and 1 for The Cure, so here's another Kate Bush single, edited from the album The Dreaming. Rolf Harris was removed from the credits of the 2019 remaster, but his part was not removed. Wikipedia says, "The cover art is by Del Palmer, Bush's partner at the time and sometime bass player. It features a depiction of the Wandjina, a sky spirit in Western Australian traditions. Wandjinas brought the law, culture and language."
