Autumnal fungi

This morning I cycled to Uke class and passed a couple of quite large toadstools growing  on a grassy area in Badger Farm  housing estate. On the way back it was getting  very windy with a few spots of rain, so  I quickly  photographed them and  got home just  before it rained hard.
I'm not sure what  they are but my best guess is Neolentinus lepideus, which grows on wood (such as  railway sleepers). These  were on grass, but there could have been an old piece of fence underneath, perhaps?
