Hello little birdie.

I knew as soon as I said we hadn’t had any birds on the feeders since we came back from holiday, they would return. However I didn’t expect the first one to be a coal tit, followed by a blue tit and robin.
All seen while having my breakfast this morning. So photo taken through the kitchen window, and I had to be quick.

Can’t believe it is the first of October. A much better day with some sunshine although a few showers too.
Have spent the afternoon sorting out the winter clothes and putting away the summer ones. Now a bag full to take to the charity shop.

So that’s Goodbye Summer 2022.
Certainly one to remember with temperatures up to 40C!
