Back to . . . .

 . . . some sort of normal.
Had a very good sleep last night after the drive home.
Got straight back into the Saturday coffee morning routine and after doing a few chores, popped up to see Terri for a catch up  - a second mug of coffee was very welcome.
Hamish did a 30 mile run for a local charity today. He's been doing this run, but it has got longer each year, for a few years now and this year managed to get around £200 for the Charity.
Today his run took him 3hrs 23 minutes which is brilliant. I can't help thinking if he did the London Marathon (which is shorter)  he'd be faster pro rata, as he'd be running with others, not just against himself.
I'm still in a bit of a weird space re my photography so today resorted to the Cosmos which are still blooming beautifully - they are triffid like, ie huge, in the garden! Could not decide which photo I liked best so there are two. This flower is so beautifully rich in colour.  The leaves which are rather autumnal, are from a different bush but I liked them together.
