Life goes on

Just a couple of days ago there was only one flower here. Colchicum cupanii, seemingly small and delicate, has proven to be happy planted out in the garden. The flowers are more robust than crocus and being produced in succession, the display will last a couple of weeks at least.

It’s going to be a long day. My stint at work finished a little early after a call from Katie. After a two hour drive I’ve joined her at Ysbyty Gwynedd in Bangor where she’s waiting for a specialist assessment. It’s going to be a late night. Not sure if she’s coming home with me or not :-/

Whatever the outcome tonight, life will go on.
