Crumpets

Rather a drizzly day, but we managed a good walk at Brigsteer Park.
I decided to make some crumpets for tea as I bought some of Janet’s Raspberry Curd at the market. I have never even heard of this so had to try some!
The crumpets took a long time to cook, I don’t think they are really worth making at home unless you want some and there aren’t any in the cupboard!
Anyway the raspberry curd is delicious! It will disappear quickly I’m sure!
