I really enjoyed the bouldering wall this morning, Angie's away somewhere again but Alan was there. At the entrance desk the young lad behind it asked me if I needed shoe hire, obviously thinking that I wouldn't be likely to have my own, but he later watched me do a couple of routes and revised his assumption.

Afterwards I gave my son and his partner a lift to Asda, but the atmosphere was rather tense as they'd just had an argument  :-( 

He later apologised for being so subdued, but before the apology came I felt the need for a walk, so I set off over the fields.
