Apple harvest

The last dry day this week signalled time to harvest the apples, ready for pressing at the weekend. We have quite a lot! I hope we can pasteurise some juice to keep it through the winter, and I may try making some cider vinegar too.
I have made another batch of crab apple juice as well, this will probably be mint or tarragon jelly. Busy time!
