Dinner With Three Priests

The guy in the middle, talking to Mike, is Mourão´s new priest, Abraão, from Angola, near the border with Namibia. On the other side of Mike is Marcelino, a priest from Mourão (though he was born and grew up in Mozambique until he was six, and they had to leave after the Revolution), and then Padre Luís, our old friend.

The hosts were Cecílio and Ermelinda, our other old friends here.
Here is a view from the other side of the table.

Gratefuls:
- good conversation, ranging over many topics (though it got off to a rocky start when Marcelino started slagging off Lula, , the Brazilian presidential candidate who narrowly missed getting a majority today, and who we saw make a huge difference to the poor; I decided to go hide in the toilet and not get involved)
- Cecílio´s excellent cooking, as always
- that the white chocolate cheesecake I made for dessert went down well
