Life in colour

Turmeric, beetroot and matcha green tea lattes, served outdoors at the Buddhist Centre for World Peace (Conishead Priory). 
We were last here 2 years ago. 
We had a lovely walk through the woods to the beach with F, A (who are settling back into Lancaster life well)  and the doggies. 
Before this, we had Sunday lunch at the Hazelmere tea room and went to see the ducks in the Ornamental Gardens. The weather was beautiful today.
