Flamborough Old Lighthouse

Completed in 1674, it's one of the oldest surviving complete lighthouses in England. It's built from chalk as are a lot of the buildings in Flamborough.

I got back from a couple of days away in Bridlington this afternoon so will be doing some back-blipping.

My mate Nic picked me up from Leeds Station and we had a decent drive over to the east coast. We couldn't check-in until after 3pm so went straight to Flamborough for a look at the lighthouses (plural, because there are 2 - yay!) and a wander along the cliffs. We were really chuffed to spot some seals (see extra - yay again!) Can you see them? They were extremely well camouflaged.

Checked into the hotel in Bridlington, chilled for a bit, had a good catch-up and gave each other belated birthday prezzies. Went into town later for a few drinks, played pool and had a laugh in the arcades. I love the seaside and it was a fun night :-)
