Pastels

It was the first day of my new art class today at the Centre for Lifelong Learning at the University of Strathclyde. It's called 'Get to grips with pastels'. I had booked to attend it back in the spring of 2020. I can't tell you how wonderful it was to actually go into the University again instead of Zoom classes.  
In anticipation of the class in 2020 my Christmas presents in 2019 were some beautiful sets of pastels and pastel pencils. It's rather like dipping into a really posh box of chocolates.
I found myself sitting next to fellow blipper Jude8. We met at an online photography course run by Strathclyde.
