Air Lock

Puzzling is going quite well…we have joined up large chunks of the inside of the puzzle….beginning to look like the picture on the box!

Soup made today..roasted red pepper and tomato - I never got around to it the other day! We had some for lunch and there is enough left over for another two days…that will go in the freezer.

I also set up a small batch of beer….Mangrove Jack’s Juicy Session IPA..it smells wonderful (peaches and mangoes…and hops)!


This is the fancy air lock on top of the fermentation vessel..the red bits are ‘O’ rings to seal the joints!
