Room with a View

M and I arrived at our destination mid morning.

After being up early to get to the airport, we were happy to spend the day walking around and enjoyed a VERY leisurely and delicious lunch down the street. Followed by some delicious sorbet of course. That is what you do when it is sunny and you are at the beach after all.

An evening spent at a work reception, and off to bed early.

Miss the kids, but so very glad they are getting some time with Granny and Poppy.

I left my big camera at home for the first time ever...will be all Lumix and IPhone shots for me over the next few days. A bit liberating I must admit...
