Amazing view on my run this morning.

Ran on and along the beach for the first time. Absolutely beautiful here...feeling quite spoiled.

As I am used to running with my fantastic group of girls 3-4 times/week, I was quite happy to clock 6.5 miles on a solo run this morning.

Wouldn't be here without M...can't wait for his meeting to end and we get to spend the afternoon just the two of us.

And wouldn't be here without Granny and Poppy, who will be pulling their hair out soon I'm afraid :)

Oh, and I slept 9 hours last night..what?!!!

There's nothing quite like listening to the waves crash on the beach....
