Legless….

I reckon I faired much better than this flamingo today. He was lying flat out as I passed and I’d covered 9k after a 30 min run and a beautiful walk home. I only mention that because I was really quite proud of myself. Picking up nicely.

Mavis and I had a lovely morning over a coffee. She is so well prepared for Ken’s services on Tuesday. Prepared in every way she can be but Tuesday will be a sad and tough day however grateful she is that he didn’t suffer. After the crematorium service there will be a service of thanksgiving back at church.

D is home, safe and sound. A good time was had by all. Lots of walking and talking, napping and pub meals. Perfect.
