On the bench.

We woke up to a beautiful day, so J suggested going to the model shop, to take his mind off the ongoing pain. I thought that was a very good idea, so he dropped me of in town for a mooch in the charity shops ( no luck) I  had a word with the pharmacist in Boots, about J's latest pain medication, and she gave me a few good tips that will hopefully help J. I didn't want to stay too long, so I phoned  after about an hour , to come & pick me up. I think the change of scenery, and the man talk, helped quite a bit.
