Strava Day 495. Indoor yoga, forest walk and mindful breakfast done.

Featured photo is another one with Chew. It's a planned/scheduled shoot for World Mental Health Day. Last year, B shot me with a mobile phone (now gone) doing a difficult yoga pose. This year, decided to not waste energy and time just to "outdo" my last year's pose and instead have fun with dear Chew. Read a few articles regarding how to pose with furry animals and one of the tips stood out: Be relaxed because if you are anxious, your furry friend will feel it too and thus he/she will not want to stay still.
