Blue

After all the heavy rain overnight we awoke to a glorious morning. Sunny and cool.

It would have been good to stay and enjoy the day, but J starts her next round at the hospital today so it was an early return. And a change of gear.

As I took a couple of bags down to the recycling centre I heard a familiar sound overhead. A flock of geese passing over, against a bright blue sky. Always a thrilling sight and sound, wherever I am.
