Preening

Had a walk at Mugdock this afternoon. It had been lovely and sunny until we arrived and then the rain started. A quick dash back to the car for waterproofs then carried on. The rain didn’t last too long thankfully. 
The two cygnets were at the water’s edge and quite happy for me to take their photos as they had a good ruffle of their feathers, very independent now with the adults far across the other side of the loch.
