Walked to the Drs for 8am about my prescription renewal and was told it had been issued on Friday. A pity nobody told me.
Good session at The Unit, I'm getting stronger and feeling less tired, inspite of yesterday's exertions.
After lunch I caught the bus into town and had a mooch round.
I watched two episodes of The Capture, before I was sure I'd seen it before! Good grief!
