I'm sure I've blipped peppers before, but I hadn't taken any photos at the Mind shop which is where I spent most of day.

A massive bag of mixed peppers (13 of them) cost £2.75 in Asda. Usually I'll slice them ready for stir frys, pasta dishes, casseroles etc, but today I've just halved them for roasting. Apart from these, now in the freezer, there's another five waiting their turn.
