We convened a very satisfying meeting with counterparts from Mozambique and Tanzania governments on transboundary cooperation. This is some of the core business of my role so it was time well spent and my relationship with the key focal point in Tanzania is moving along nicely.

Late evening I could be found trying to play my part in a strict deadline happening elsewhere in the organisation, by writing dummy job descriptions for a funding proposal that has to be submitted this week. In the NGO world it is often thus: exciting collaborations followed by mind-numbing admin.
