Fifth Inversion and Friends

Free faculty concert at WWU this evening. We always enjoy these guys when they play. They focus on modern music and tonight was no different. They featured a young local composer’s work including Filigree for oboe, clarinet and bassoon and arrangements he did of five piano pieces by Ligeti for winds. Those were my favorite pieces of the evening.
