Another Great Concert

Western Washington University has a great series of piano concerts called the Sanford-Hill Piano Series. Tonight it featured Daniel Hsu, the 2017 Bronze winner of the Van Cliburn International Piano Competition. I wonder what the gold and silver winners were like if he was the bronze. Just wow. He played Schumann’s Scenes from Childhood, Beethoven’s Sonata No 31 in A-flat Major and Liszt’s Sonata in B Minor, S. 178. Fantastic program.

And did I mention? He is 25 years old!
