Cracking Crackling

Sometimes you just can’t beat a good bit of extra-crunchy pigskin.
Roast pork shoulder, red cabbage and dumplings for dinner; Christmas come early. No particular reason other than I saw the joint and thought I’d go for it. S was quite happy with that decision. There’re leftovers for tomorrow of course but don’t worry, I’ll find something else to blip.
I’m typing away with my new glasses on, picked them up this morning, and I’m pretty happy with them although it’ll take a while until I get the wee nose-grabby bits adjusted properly. I have serious doubts at the moment.
