A Cabbage Leaf

Food being the optional challenge for Abstract Thursday.
Not much to report, a quiet morning trying to get myself moving ... not sure why but I'm suffering back pain, along with extreme tiredness. 
We went for a quiet walk, as sitting around isn't good for us.
Book Club this afternoon, meeting at a cafe for coffee and cake (for some, like me and others).
