Quince Paste

Today has been an indoor day made sourdough today half whole meal and half plain flour.
We have had a good crop of quince this year so I thought I would make quince paste. Quince are really hard so it took a long time to peel and core them then lots of cooking and drying in the oven. Never tried it before and it looks a bit dark but tasted great before I put it in the oven, try it tomorrow.
Moreen didn’t sleep to well so we won’t be doing much this evening .
