Hoverfly

Today I made it outside, it was quite a shock to the system, my garden isn’t particularly big, but I had to have a rest on the bench before I could make it back into the house. Although I am having some slow improvement, I do seem to have tinnitus and mild vertigo. Also I am still testing positive for Covid, I am utterly fed up now.
