Playjam

More staffing issues in the morning... In the afternoon, I went to the launch of PlayJam in the park next to the library. There, I was told that there were expecting someone for storytelling who didn't turn up, so went to the library to pick up some picture books then sat in a tent reading stories to kids for about an hour. I am glad that I am still able to the kids' attention span and interest levels, and choose the books accordingly. Soon, I was back in the swing of it, doing silly voices and getting the kids to take part. Much more fun than dealing with staffing....
