Frost

It was really frosty this morning. The top field was all white and sparkling in the sun. I tried to take a photo or the sparkles (extra) but it didn't really work, so you have Django instead. 
The rest of the day was pretty good. I had a good moan chat with a colleague at lunchtime and in the evening, my friend Gill picked me up to go and see another friend for a drumming and meditation session. I find relaxing quite difficult and it seemed to help.
