Waiting for the trombones....

At the Bartlow walk where Linton Jazz were asked to play as people supped their congratulatory drinks.

Lots of people, great atmosphere and actually sun!

Our trombone section, consists of a retired gentleman and then a mum and her two sons. The family were coming straight to us from Scout camp. Our trombone section sounds awesome when they are all three there, and a bit weedy if they can't make it - (although I play the French Horn I am in this section too).

They arrived in the nick of time but this photo was taken whilst we waited.

It is of our band leader chatting with her son. You can see the affection between the two. Lovely.
