Hedge

We planted this hedge five years ago when we first moved into our house and it is now providing a good screen and wind break in the front. There is also a lot of autumnal interest with berries and leaves.
A productive morning, but not in the way I had hoped it would go in some cases. Tai Chi in the middle of the day and an afternoon spent reinstating the downpipes and providing temporary drainage away from the house. 
The government is exploring unimagined elements of chaos, mismanagement and dysfunction. I feel sorry for reporters, sketch writers and cartoonists. How are they expected to keep up?
