Autumn reflections

I went for a short walk in the rain with my pal Ana at the Crichton Estate. Shortly after hearing Liz Truss had resigned . What a complete mess she and the government have made of our economy. I wish there could be a general election. But whoever is in government will have a real job on their hands.

I’m slowly improving , and will start my prescribed Ayurvedic herbal tea this evening.
