Fish farm boats

On a day when it felt as if everyone else in Britain was having sunshine, we walked right out the Ardyne in the fine rain, stopping when we reached the fish farm buildings on the tip of Loch Striven. The area here was once McAlpine's site for building oil rigs, and the post-industrial scrub is strangely pleasing in the spring as the catkins yellow and the birds sing undisturbed.
