A brief interlude

A foggy then wet morning was followed by a brief interlude of sunshine .... hooray!

Noticed the Humming-bird Hawk-moth flitting round the Buddleia ...... then noticed that the two Red Admiral butterflies were back :-)

Went out hoping to get a photo but they all flew off! They must have seen the camera!

I waited a few minutes & one of the Red Admirals came back ..... managed to get this :-)

No apology for yet another butterfly ... they won't be around for much longer this year!

The sunshine didn't last very long as we now have torrential rain again with a mini river running down the road!

I have managed a little light Domestic Goddessing today .... thought it was about time I did something :-)

Had a phone call from Mum's doctors to say their part of the form is completed & will be posted ..... hopefully we will hear something soon.
