Walked through torrential rain to Jacqui's this morning. No chance of cutting her lawn this week!

Difficult to get in to the building for yoga this evening - we had to fight our way through a large crowd and a ceilidh band! They had gathered to welcome one of the illuminated sheep and her lamb to the Cheviot Centre. The sheep are part of an illuminated lights art trail celebrating the return of the Lindisfarne Gospels to the North for a period of time at the Laing Art Gallery in Newcastle.

Took a while to settle down to yoga. Not only was it noisy downstairs, but one of our number made the mistake of saying that she seriously believes Boris Johnson would be the best candidate for Tory leadership and PM now Liz Truss has resigned. It didn't go down well...
