Don't panic

My coeliac friend came for a soup lunch today. Slight panic stations prior as she didn't state this brand as OK when I asked (after the soup was made!) but all was well. 

Since we last met she's been to foreign parts and had family staying from abroad, so what with my contribution of Wedding we had plenty to cover! Always lovely to have a good catch up ;-)
