Stand-off

Django had dropped this stick small branch for me to throw but, since he'd almost tripped me up with it, I decided to ignore it. I walked on but didn't follow me. This happens occasionally, and if I walk on far enough he'll give up. But not today. He was insistent. So I picked it up, threw it, it shattered on landing, and on we went....

The weather was much better than forecast, so Django go a longer walk. Back home, I sent an encouraging email to an MSc applicant with an interesting background and motivation, and then got stuck into programming.
