To Be Avoided

After my last entry (delicious by the way). Today’s “fun with mushrooms” takes an altogether different turn. This is a “Boletus Luridis”. My mushroom book tells be that it:
Contains a trace of the fungal poison muscardin in non-active quantities. It is often eaten, but can have  a slightly toxic effect when cooked insufficiently.
Was I going to risk it?
